Ashlee Pittaway
Director & Social Worker
Ashlee is an accredited Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) with over 10 years of experience working with children, young people, and families with complex needs, specifically trauma and attachment difficulties. Her work is underpinned by the ethics of the AASW, and she uses a wide variety of evidence-based therapies. Ashlee holds strong values of respect and fairness and is committed to young people and their future well-being and happiness. Ashlee developed Creating Connections Therapy as she believes increased mental health is strongly related to a greater experience of connection to oneself and others.

Tayla Pudney
Counsellor & Therapist
Tayla is a registered Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation Australia (PACFA), with a background in supporting young people in achieving their educational goals. She focuses on building collaborative care teams to promote sustained change, creating a supportive network around each child. Tayla believes that a holistic approach is essential for empowering young individuals and helping them thrive.

Social Worker & Therapist
Carly is a member of the AASW, with a wealth of experience supporting children, mothers, and families. She is passionate about helping families overcome challenges, build resilience, and create a strong, safe future. Carly is also committed to ongoing professional development to ensure she provides the best possible support to those she works with.
